Kaligandaki River 8 Days


Kaligandaki is said to be one of Nepal`s most holy rivers which is named after “Kali” the goddess of destruction. Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu
As you advent to this sacred land undoubtedly you will horde your reminiscence with accumulating blissful experiences you can ever clutch anywhere else from. You after then will be escorted to the luxurious hotel where you will be provided a welcome cuisine and you will overnight stay there.

Day 2: Sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley
Today after having breakfast we will take you to the most admired sightseeing areas of Kathmandu which is proud as well as pride of Nepalese people. You will relish an ancient treasure Basantapur Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa and  Swayambhunath Stupa which reflects the local culture and tradition of Nepalese society. We will take you back to the hotel where you will spend overnight.

Day 3: Drive to Pokhara and city sightseeing
On this day, you will be driven to Pokhara. The remaining time will be utilized for city sightseeing. Tourist city Pokhara has so many things to offer like boating in Fewa Lake, visiting Mahendra Cave and Mahadev cave, Davis Falls etc. Night stay in a hotel in Pokhara.

Day 4: Pokhara to Nayapul drive and short trek to Modi Khola
On this day, you will be driven to Nayapul. It is about 4 hours drive and we have to walk for short time to reach put-in-time. The views along the way are beautiful and picturesque. The river bank of Modi Khola is set for camp and there will be over night stay in a camp.

Day 5: Modi Khola to Purtighat rafting and camping
On this day, rafting adventure begins from Modi Khola put-in- point. The trip continues till it reaches Purtighat. The adventure is full of exciting rapids which has to be handled all the time by paddlers. Experiencing dramatic adventures along the way while rafting gives the rafters enough satisfaction. The adventure stops at Purtighat and we spend the night in a camp.

Day 6: Purtighat to Mirmi rafting and drive to Pokhara
On this day, rafting adventure continues to Mirmi through Setibini. Setibini is the holy place where you can see Asia`s biggest rock which is worshipped by Hindus as god. Rafting in this trail is full of adventures. The blood-quickening rapids make the rafting one of the life memorable adventures. We drive to Pokhara from Mirmi and stay in a hotel.

Day 7: Rest day in Kathmandu
A day of rest and relaxation, you can go for shopping and sightseeing. After breakfast we will drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square. After Kathmandu Durbar Square we will be visiting Swoyambhunath Stupa. Swoyambhunath is believed to have been established more than 2,500 years ago. Swoyambhunath has developed into an important center of Buddhism. Our next destination is Patan Durbar square after then we will proceed for sightseeing tour to Great Stupa of Boudhanath. In the evening we will have fare well dinner together at an Authentic Nepalese restaurant.

Day 8: Departure
Our splendid journey in Nepal abolishes here and we will bid you farewell.
