  • Trail: Follow the Dudh Kosi River, cross suspension bridges, and ascend through pine forests.
  • Namche Bazaar: The largest town in the Khumbu region, known for its vibrant market and as a central trading hub.

  • Activities: Short hikes to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung Village.
  • Purpose: Acclimatization is crucial for preventing altitude sickness. Use this day to explore and adjust to the altitude.
