Itinerary

  • Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Transfer to your hotel and attend a briefing about the expedition.
  • Day 2: Final preparations and equipment check. Obtain necessary permits and explore the city.

  • Day 3: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 m / 9,186 ft). Trek to Phakding (2,652 m / 8,700 ft).
  • Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,286 ft).
  • Day 5: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar. Short hikes to nearby areas like the Everest View Hotel.
  • Day 6: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,867 m / 12,687 ft).
  • Day 7: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360 m / 14,300 ft).
  • Day 8: Acclimatization day in Dingboche. Hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Valley.

  • Day 9: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940 m / 16,207 ft).
  • Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m / 16,961 ft) and then to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m / 17,598 ft). Return to Gorak Shep for the night.
  • Day 11: Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m / 18,192 ft) for sunrise views of Everest. Return to base camp.
  • Day 12: Rest and acclimatization at Everest Base Camp.

  • Day 13-15: Acclimatization and training at base camp. Ice climbing practice and ladder crossing on the Khumbu Icefall.
  • Day 16-20: First rotation: Climb through Khumbu Icefall to Camp I (6,065 m / 19,900 ft). Spend a night at Camp I, then ascend to Camp II (6,400 m / 21,000 ft) for another night before returning to base camp.
  • Day 21-24: Rest and recovery at base camp.
  • Day 25-30: Second rotation: Climb to Camp II, spend a night, then ascend the Lhotse Face to Camp III (7,200 m / 23,625 ft). Return to base camp.
  • Day 31-34: Rest and recovery at base camp.
  • Day 35-39: Final preparation at base camp, rest, and monitoring weather conditions for a summit window.

  • Day 41: Climb from base camp to Camp II.
  • Day 42: Rest at Camp II.
  • Day 43: Ascend to Camp III.
  • Day 44: Ascend to Camp IV (7,920 m / 26,000 ft) on the South Col.
  • Day 45: Rest and acclimatize at Camp IV. Prepare for the summit push.
  • Day 46: Summit day: Leave Camp IV around midnight, climb through the South Col, up the Hillary Step, and reach the summit (8,848 m / 29,029 ft). Descend back to Camp IV.
  • Day 47: Descend from Camp IV to Camp II.
  • Day 48: Descend from Camp II to base camp.

  • Day 51: Pack up base camp and trek to Pheriche.
  • Day 52: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar.
  • Day 53: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla.
  • Day 54: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.
  • Day 55: Leisure day in Kathmandu. Celebration dinner and debriefing.

  • Day 56: Depart from Kathmandu and fly back home.
