  • Trek to Tatopani (1,190m) and enjoy the hot springs.
  • Overnight stay in Tatopani.

  • Trek through beautiful landscapes to Ghasa (2,013m).
  • Overnight stay in Ghasa.

  • Continue trekking to Larjung (2,550m), passing through villages and forests.
  • Overnight stay in Larjung.

  • Trek to the picturesque village of Marpha (2,670m), famous for its apple orchards.
  • Overnight stay in Marpha.

  • Trek to Yak Kharka (3,680m), where you start gaining altitude.
  • Overnight stay in Yak Kharka.

  • Continue trekking to Dhampus Base Camp (5,100m).
  • Overnight stay at the base camp.

  • Summit Dhampus Peak (6,012m) early in the morning.
