  • Trek from Dharapani to Koto (2,610m / 8,563ft), entering the Nar Phu Valley checkpoint.

  • Trek from Koto to Meta (3,560m / 11,680ft), passing through dense forests and crossing suspension bridges.

  • Trek from Meta to Phu Village (4,080m / 13,385ft), a remote Tibetan-style village with ancient monasteries.

  • Explore around Phu Village, visit Tashi Lhakhang Monastery and interact with the local community.
