  • Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (6-7 hours).

  • rek from Besisahar to Chame (7-8 hours).

  • Trek from Chame to Upper Pisang (5-6 hours).

  • Trek from Upper Pisang to Manang (6-7 hours).

  • Rest day in Manang for acclimatization. Optional short hikes around Manang.

  • Trek from Manang to Khangsar Village (4-5 hours).

  • Trek from Khangsar Village to Tilicho Base Camp (6-7 hours).

  • Hike to Tilicho Lake (4-5 hours) and return to Tilicho Base Camp.

  • Trek from Tilicho Base Camp to Yak Kharka (5-6 hours).

  • Trek over Mesokanta Pass (5-6 hours) and descend to Jomsom (4-5 hours).

  • Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara (25-30 minutes).

  • Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (6-7 hours) or take a flight (30 minutes).

  • Reserve day for contingencies or leisure in Kathmandu.
